Thanks to uservoice.com for providing us with a free gold subscription (Worth $589 a month) of uservoice, we can now manage your thoughts and ideas much easier.

The whole idea of the system is very simple.
1. You vote on a idea that you like, you only have 10 votes, so use them wisely, as we mark an idea as accepted or denied, you will get your vote points back.
2. You dont see an idea, so you post it your self

This will allow users to get their ideas out to the public, and we can see what everyone thinks about these ideas. If there is a huge response then we will implement it if we feel it should be.
BlizzCom staff can even post their ideas in the system to see what you the players think of the thought.

This whole system will ensure that we do what is right for BlizzCom and keeps everyone happy.

I hope to see this system wield used in the future

NOTE: The system is for ideas and comments and complaints, not support or bug reporting.

To get to the system, you can either click on the red feedback button on the side of the page, or you can click on the suggestion forum which now redirects to the feedback system. Over the next few days we will be working on skinning the feedback system to make it look like you never left the BlizzCom website, but that does not meen you cant use it, by all meens start posting your ideas!

After many hrs of work, we where finally able to pinpoint the cause of the crashes and stop them... For Real this time...

In addition to this bug being fixed, we have a number of other fixes that where added, which include all instances now being in working order.

We just recently released patch 3.2.2a - while you can still log into the game and do what you normally do, you will find that the upgrade is somewhat "Incomplete"

I still need to apply a few more updates do the database (Dont worry the hard part is over) for new quests, items, NPCs... and so on. This will all happen over the weekend. I will also edit this post when these fixes are applied over the weekend, and replace this notice with what exactly is included in the update. Thank you all for your continues patience!

EDIT #1: Because the list of bugs that have been fixed is to large to post, again i have provided you all with a link that lists what we fixed. Currently at this point, 3.2.2a content is still being worked on, the list is only databace related fixes, we do not list core fixes (ie. spell fixes) because of the massive amount it would be. http://blizz-com.com/fixsoct.txt

Thank you all for waiting. Im am happy to say that 3.2.2A is finished coding! - Sometime today, or tommorow we will be working on rolling out the update to the BlizzCom HighRate Server

NOTE: This does not meen we patched up yet, we are still running 3.1.3, please do not update untill we tell you to.

EDIT: I will not be able to do the update today (10/7/09) I will try to do it tommorow if all goes well. The latest will be over the weekend however i will try and have it applied before the weekend.
