Ok nvm, problem solved. If anyone else experienced this problem please do the following. Leave group, exit wow and relog. Then U can rejoin group. Maybe it glitched cuz I was in group when the reset happened. I did this and everything started working again.

Quest items don't even drop, kill counters don't work, and U can't pick up quest items that are laying on the ground.

We have a serious problem here. Ever since the quest reload thing. NONE of the quests have been working in the blood elf area. Not sure if it's like this everywhere else, but not one single quest works in the blood elf zones.

I would love a Tauren Rogue as much as U, lol. Been my dream for a while. No one would see it coming, Big ass cow just poof into nothingness then reappear at your front door. That's awesome. War Stomp, Vanish. lol. It would be crazy. Guess we just gonna have to wait and see how they are setting it all up and what the restrctions are.

Patch 3.1.3

Good Afternoon, Blizz-Com Members.

As you are probably well aware, our server is patched up to version 3.1.3. This is the client version you will need now to connect to us. We had a sort of unofficial announcement of the update, so I figured it would be worthwhile to post a formal announcement as we usually do.

Now, as with any new patch, there will be bugs. Do not be surprised if not every skill, ability, quest, etc... works. Rather, make a post on the forums about it so that it is documented and easy for us to acknowledge, and thus easier to fix.
We have a designated Bug Tracker forum here: http://www.blizz-com.com/ipb/index.php?aut...p;showproject=1

As we collect data on these bugs, we will be working our hardest to get them resolved as soon as we can. However, do not expect them to be fixed overnight. In certain situations, we will have a multitude of bugs and, instead of fixing them one by one (and then restarting the server over and over for each fix), we will roll them all out at the same time for a smooth transition (and the need for only a single restart!).

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
I hope to see you in game and contributing to make this server the best it can be!
Remember, there is no server without you, the players.

Upgrades

We are currently looking into the issue with the lag on the servers.

It seems to spike randomly and more impotently, crash every few hrs (average uptime of around 9hrs in the last month)

We are in the middle of transferring everything over to a new server, into a new data center, onto a linux box (much much more stable than windows) We will continue to keep you updated. The change will as always require nothing on your part, and we plan to have a seamless transition (you wont even need to change your realmlist.wtf file)

As a result of moving, we plan to have close to 0% lag - and an average uptime of 7 days (we have to take it down once a week to update yeah?)

We are in the middle of working out a deal with our new server provider. No agreement was made yet, and the server is not in our position at the moment. The next stage is getting ahold of the server ofcourse.

UPDATE: We can now confirm that when the new server is online we will be running 3.1.3


UPDATE: The TEST Server Is Now Online For 3.1.3 set realmlist 216.245.211.146 NOTE: This is a test server only, anything you do on here will not be saved

UPDATE:Main server has been updated. set realmlist logon.blizz-com.com will connect you to the 3.1.3 server.

Patch 5/26/09

Greetings,

Although we are hard at work on getting 3.1.X set up and working on our servers, we felt that the server was in need of some huge bog fixes.

The most notable fixes are WOTLK instances being scripted. Please note, that the scripts on the bosses are still very new, and far from looking exactly like retail, however it will prevent players from soloing other wise soloable instances biggrin.gif

Additionally, which i am sure most of you will be glad to hear, WOTLK items are now DEable, hope this clears up some bank and bag space biggrin.gif

There are also numerous bugs that are fixed aswell, excluding behind the scenes improvements (such as less crashes, and so on)
1. DK starting area - you will be able to complete all the quests now (Quests that require additional work.. a replacement has been put in place, IE. kill 100 people with the ships cannon, you will only need to kill one by hand)
2. Hunters and Locks will be pleased to see their pets now have the spells they are ment to have at their level. (Spells are auto learned to pets on level up, no trainer is needed)
3. Numerous WOTLK quests and quest chains are fixed.
4. BGs got yet another improvement done to them.

MySQL Server Upgrade

Update Complete

I Will attempt to do the upgrade once again tonight 5/24/09 around 11pm

POSTPONED UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE - I AM NOT ABLE TO ISSUE THE UPDATE TODAY, I WILL UPDATE AGAIN ONCE I AM ABLE TO UPGRADE THE SERVER.



In preparation for the increase in population that we hope to see, we are going to take down the server on 5/24/09 1am eastern time (Thats 10hrs from the time i posted this post).

We plan to move our SQL servers (were all the data is saved) to a upgraded box. This is the cause for most of the crashes we are seeing. If we do not see an improvement, we will revert back to the old box. The change will have no effect on you (the players) - the realmlist IP will remain the same, the whole nine yards, nothing will be required on your part.

We hope to see improvement in performance!
